We are working on a project to find a large number of new employees for Esso. Besides the direct search we have developed a cross-media print and online campaign, including a complete recruiting platform in the internet.
This platform is receiving over 5000 clicks per month and has climbed up to a top position in the Google ranking within a very short time. Another well-known company has not only retained us to search for management staff, but also asked us to develop an employer branding concept for them. From there we generated a coherent target-group oriented media plan paired with a corresponding print advertisement plan. We wrote the texts for the recruiting brochure, completely revised the web presence and designed an exhibition booth for recruiting events.
Currently we manage vacancies on the website of this client and check them against several internet job platforms.
We enter all incoming applications into a database and select suitable candidates, we write monthly contributions for mailing activities to interested candidates (pampering service) and publish job advertisements in print and in the internet all across Europe.
