PAPE is specialised in this “royal discipline” of recruiting. We cherish taking care of our customers with a long-term approach and carry out search orders for all hierarchy levels of specialists and managers.

Each consulting company has its own recipe, its individual way to conduct a direct search mandate, identify suitable candidates, and establish a communication channel to the candidate.

Today the art of recruiting consists of fascinating suitable candidates – who might not currently be thinking of a career move – with an authentic and captivating story and motivating them to embrace the opportunity that lies in a change. This can only be achieved if the consultant succeeds in establishing a personal contact to the candidate and acts as a trustworthy career consultant.

Our completion rate, i.e. the rate of successfully completed search projects, is in the range of 95%, while the average of the consulting business hardly achieves 50%. Achieving this completion rate is largely dependent on a balanced mix of structured processes, motivational competence, access to people, and a positive feeling to have found the “perfect fit”.

Together with our client we establish the specific requirements of the ideal candidate and the knowledge, talents, and experience needed to meet these requirements. Subsequently we identify the suitable candidates in the relevant companies and contact them. The candidate’s qualification is then checked against the briefing document and – if there is a match – the best candidates are being presented and we accompany the further process all the way to the candidate's signature on the employment contract. Along the process the client gets regular updates on the status of the search. This feedback from the market is an important element of the search and is highly appreciated by the clients.

The search process is continued until the suitable candidate is found. And even after that neither the client nor the customer will be left alone. It is quite natural for us to continue to be available to both parties if they need someone to talk to. This continued presence is a basic prerequisite for a smooth integration into the new work environment.
