The Internet as Path to Successful Recruiting

Web-based recruiting has become an indispensable tool – provided that it is used in a reasonable way. Detailed and complex know-how of all important parameters for the correct search is needed to fully exploit the vast possibilities offered by the world wide web for a successful recruitment.

For our client Esso/ ROC we have developed and implemented a complete recruiting platform for the internet. Recently, we have registered several thousand clicks on the relevant home page per month, and this platform has become an indispensable tool for filling the open positions. Besides the desired effect of generating a regular flow of applications this internet presence also is a powerful image-building marketing tool, since it provides useful information about the client’s company and presents them as an attractive employer (“Employer Branding”).

From the conceptual ideas to the texts, the visual material, content, and structure this platform has been completely created, developed and implemented by PAPE. We also provide consulting services to – and take care of - the interested applicants. We manage the chat room integrated into the website, assess the qualification of the candidates and refer the qualified candidates to the client.

Not only the mere existence of this page is important, but also the fact that it can easily be found. We also take care of the online marketing and the optimization of the page for search engines like Google or Yahoo (SEO) as well as the insertion in important internet search portals.
