Withdrawal Policy for Consumers pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB)

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal :

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Your right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely if you have expressly agreed that we begin with the execution of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have acknowledged that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.
