Following his economics studies, Michael held international specialist and management positions in major companies in the HR, IT and Sales fields for 20 years. As a personnel consultant, he focuses on ICT, publishing and media, HR, sales, consulting and back office positions.

Prof. Dr. Jürgen Rohrmeier

Jürgen has been with the Pape Consulting Group since 2003, initially as a Senior Partner and Consultant, then as a member of the Management Board and finally as a member of the Supervisory Board. After many years in international HR functions in the high-tech industry, he spent three years at Kienbaum, where he most recently built up the international technology practice as a member of the management board.

Eva has been working in recruitment consultancy since 2011 and built up the Procurement & Supply Chain division at an international consultancy after completing her studies. With in-depth recruiting experience in procurement, logistics and supply chain, she knows exactly what is required – primarily in the manufacturing industry as well as at banks, insurance companies and retailers.

Andreas Schönemann

For more than 3o years Andreas has been fascinated by how we can inspire people. He learned how to sell consulting and training services, discovered the power of words and enthusiasm and that sometimes it is necessary to fight for the decision he wanted the client to make. He has been a sales trainer for all kinds of sales representatives, partner manager for franchise partners, head of sales and head of business development in a company in the packaging industry but most of all he became more and more an inspirer and agent for change. As Headhunter and Managing Partner of Pape Consulting Group AG he is best called upon when it comes to filling sales-related key positions.

Reinhard Potzner

After a career spanning almost three decades as a consultant and manager, Reinhard has been a Senior Partner at PAPE since 2014. In addition to advising companies on the recruitment of managers and specialists, he coaches candidates in their career planning and opens up new perspectives for managers by providing targeted support in their reorientation on the labour market.

Brigitte Lang

Brigitte studied economics at the Universities of Essen and Sankt Gallen. In her more than 20 years as an executive search consultant, she has successfully supported board members, managing directors and HR managers of medium-sized companies as well as global players in filling key positions in Germany and abroad.

Michael Weyer

Michael studied Economics & Management in the Business Administration course in Munich. The focus of the former trained chef was mostly on the development and management of gastronomic systems and concepts. He was responsible for up to 250 employees in management positions in various market segments and, during his 25-year career, accompanied transformation and change processes as well as HR, recruiting and personnel development issues.

Christoph Lehmkühler

After studying economics and business administration, Christoph started his career in sales of consumer electronics, followed by positions as sales and marketing manager. He gained international experience as Managing Director Europe and has been working successfully as a personnel consultant since 2009.

Dennis Müller

Dennis holds an MBA and has worked as a Group Director and Senior Manager in private equity, mid-market and big tech. He led responsible transformations, cost reductions, talent strategies and AI integrations. Since 2021, he has also been working as an interim manager, AI advisor and strategy consultant focusing on people transformation

Claus Pels-Leusden

Thanks to his experience in international sales, as a member of the management board and co-founder of Circulania, Claus Pels-Leusden has in-depth knowledge of technical and sales specialists and managers. As a humanist, Claus also focuses on people in his work as a personnel consultant.

Familiar with the topic of recruiting skilled labour since 2013, Thomas has been part of PAPE since 2015. Over the past ten years, he has built up a broad network of clients and candidates from the mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering and IT sectors. He supports his medium-sized clients in the following specialist areas: Research & Development, Sales and HR.

Florian Altmeyer

Florian Altmeyer sees himself as a solution provider in HR consulting and supports his clients with a holistic approach. Both his clients and his candidates benefit from his passion, commitment, quality awareness, and 17 years of practical experience in HR consulting.
Mr. Altmeyer has been with PAPE since the beginning of 2023. Before joining the company, he worked for other renowned HR consultancies.

Özgür Duran

In 2021, Özgür made the move from international sales to HR consulting. Starting as a Senior Consultant, he quickly advanced to managing a branch office. Today, he focuses on placing IT and commercial executives in the banking and insurance industries. With his background in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, he brings a unique focus on communication and leadership into every client interaction.

Christine Prütz

After completing her master’s degree, Christine worked in branding and communications in the financial sector for almost 20 years. She also initiated and managed international digitization and automation projects. She supports clients with her systemic view and interface management—a prerequisite for efficient processes. Christine started her career at Deutsche Börse and holds an MBA from the Open University.

Dr. Dirk Müller

Dirk has management experience in the private equity environment in medium-sized companies and corporations. With a sound background and in-depth expertise, he has been involved in investment projects. He now works in recruitment consulting to support companies in their search for specialists, managers and executives.

Thomas Roller

Thomas (Dipl.-Kaufmann) – 20 years of management experience in corporations (BMW), SMEs & start-ups – has built up new business areas and gained broad expertise in sales, IT, operations, HR, finance and international project management. He is a generalist and at the same time an industry expert for automotive, production and financial services.

Monika Huber, a graduate theologian, joined our team in May 2019. She is the first contact person for your concerns.
Her diverse tasks include:

Markus Leßmann

Senior Project Consultant

Markus Leßmann started his career as a consultant with a master’s degree in international sports management. Since 2014, he has worked in various sectors of personnel consulting, personnel scheduling and sports management. He brings with him several years of expertise in sales, recruiting and customer service. Markus enjoys the long-standing trust of medium-sized companies and the public sector, primarily in the Karlsruhe region.
