Alessandro Valentini began his professional career in 2015 with an apprenticeship as a human resources specialist (IHK) in Munich. At the same time, he studied business psychology (B.Sc.), laying the foundation early on for his passion for connecting people and companies.
After completing his dual-degree program, he went straight into the field of executive search. Over the years, Alessandro gained extensive experience at various executive search companies in Munich, developing solid consulting expertise as well as a deep understanding of markets, companies, and the people behind them.
As a cross-industry solution provider, he always focuses on what really matters to his clients: he listens carefully, understands their specific needs, and uses that insight to develop customized solutions that are both professionally sound and personally compelling.
Alessandro considers himself a reliable partner in this process. He aims not only to successfully fill individual positions but also to provide his clients with comprehensive, cross-functional support. It is particularly important to him to offer his clients a knowledgeable point of contact who treats them as equals, understands their specific challenges, and guides them through the process – from the initial idea to a successful hire.
Alessandro was born in Munich and has Italian roots. He is a native speaker of German and Italian and speaks English well. When he’s not searching for the “perfect fit” for his clients, he loves to travel with his family and discover new countries and cultures. He lives with his family in his hometown of Munich.
