Anja Naetscher, Dipl. – Informatikerin (FH) with studies in Germany, is a partner at Pape Consulting Group AG and has been a passionate personnel consultant since 2025 after many different specialist and management positions in IT.
Anja Naetscher is an experienced IT strategist with over 25 years of management experience in international corporations as well as in numerous medium-sized companies. With a strong focus on filling specialist and management positions in the IT and SAP environment, she therefore understands her clients’ requirements very well. Her industry focus includes mechanical and plant engineering, the chemical industry, the automotive sector, retail, food & consumer goods and metal & recycling.
Thanks to her many years in management positions – including in IT strategy, SAP consulting, transformation and customer success management – she is very familiar with the challenges of digital transformation and the increasing demand for qualified IT and SAP specialists. Her deep understanding of complex business processes and her methodical approach enable her not only to search for suitable candidates, but also to position them specifically for long-term success.
Anja Naetscher attaches great importance to a strategic, analytical, goal- and value-based way of working.
