Dennis has many years of international experience as an HR Executive, Headhunter, Transformation Consultant and Interim Manager. In addition to his MBA and further degrees in HR and AI, he was responsible as Group Director, Head of and Senior Manager for transformation, reorganization and efficiency projects in private equity, medium-sized companies and global corporations.

His core topics include People & Organization transformation, Talent Strategy, Recruitment solutions, Early Career, reorganization, Employee Relations, Workforce planning, AI integration and HR digitalization. In international projects, he has successfully led million euro cost-saving programms.

Dennis supports companies in Executive Search processes, leadership development, post-merger integrations, HR structuring and Employer Branding positioning. His consulting combines operational implementation expertise, strategic efficiency and economic goal-orientation.

Since 2021, he has parallel been working independently as an Interim Manager, AI advisor and Strategy Consultant. His mandates focus on private equity, SMEs and growth-oriented companies.
