After his industrial training in mechanical engineering, Marco completed a commercial apprenticeship in the chemical industry and then moved directly into sales for capital goods. During his extra-occupational studies in business administration, Marco took on his first management tasks. His interest in other people and the vision of achieving goals together were the decisive factors for him to take on management tasks. He worked successfully as a sales / regional and distribution manager for premium suppliers in the intralogistics, commercial kitchen technology, construction and machine tools and automotive sectors.

In addition to selling machines and tools, he has also established industrial services such as full service and fleet management with his teams in the market for a long time. Marco has worked in direct sales as well as in the commercial business and has worked with associations and organisations.

Even as a manager, his primary task was to identify the potential of the individual and to motivate and guide employees so that they could use their strengths to make an important contribution to the joint success of the company.

As a personnel consultant, he brings companies together with the right employees.

For him, non-judgemental encounters at eye level with all people are the basis for goal-orientated and successful collaboration. His high level of practical knowledge, commitment, humour and empathy distinguish him as a person and in his work.
