For two decades, Michael Thomann has stood for excellent personnel consulting at the top level – specialising in executives and succession projects in the technology sector. Entrepreneurial, strategic and with a keen instinct for the perfect fit – from SMEs to corporations, nationally and internationally. His claim: customised recruitment, partnership-based consulting, sustainable success.
As a consultant, Michael Thomann deals with all questions of strategic personnel management and corporate governance in addition to recruitment – from recruiting and employer branding, change management and corporate succession to market analysis, strategy consulting and personnel development. He acts as a holistic sparring partner, coach and consultant to his clients.
The entrepreneur has been self-employed since 1995, completed a winemaking apprenticeship and studied business administration. He is also a certified business coach from the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel. A graduate in public relations and communication science (University of Münster), he is also a lecturer for students in brand management and a trainer for communication and rhetoric.
Prior to his time as a personnel consultant, Michael Thomann worked as a senior consultant on strategy and communication issues for well-known clients, primarily from the chemical, pharmaceutical and energy sectors (including Bayer, Celesio, RWE, Tchibo) in communication, HR, change and IT projects.
Michael Thomann is married and has two children. In addition to his self-employment, he is involved in the Wirtschaftsjunioren Nord Westfalen, in his church community, with his trumpet as a brass player, organises and holds wine tastings and is a member of the University Society of the WWU Münster.
