Sarah Beumer, a business graduate specialising in HR and labour law, is a partner at the Pape Consulting Group and has been working in the personnel consulting industry with great pleasure and passion since 2009.
After a 10-year sales and management career with a renowned international personnel consultancy, Sarah has a very high level of expertise in the recruitment and placement of specialists and executives, both as a permanent solution and in interim management.
Sarah works across all sectors, focussing on positions in finance and accounting, HR, purchasing, logistics and supply chain management.
Sarah’s clients include both medium-sized companies and listed corporations in northern Germany.
Her clients particularly appreciate the precise matching within the shortest possible time and her open and always honest way of communicating.
Especially when it comes to temporary management or line positions, her efficient way of working, her sound understanding of the company’s current situation, coupled with an excellent network of available interim managers, is indispensable for successfully filling the vacancy or project.
