Thomas Praschak

Thomas studied social sciences and started his career as a co-founder of an IT start-up. Even then, everything revolved around the topics of recruiting, employer branding and the specialists and managers of tomorrow. In 2015, he started as a Junior Project Consultant and was primarily responsible for search assignments for clients in the (micro)electronics, automotive, mechanical and plant engineering sectors. His consulting heart beats especially for smaller and larger SMEs and the hidden champions in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and Rhineland-Palatinate.

After more than 10 years in personnel consulting, he is used to reacting quickly and purposefully to all changes in the recruitment of specialists and managers and to bringing his clients together with the right personalities. A personal concern of his is open and transparent communication with both clients and candidates.

His open and interested manner enables him to engage in dialogue with people of all backgrounds and backgrounds. Listening and finding customised solutions is one of his core competencies.

Born in Thuringia, he is at home throughout the south-west of Germany and currently lives with his family in the Southern Palatinate. Outside of work, sporting activities and family & friends are at the centre of his life.
