We use state-of-the-art search technologies and recruitment methods including our own efficient and highly flexible database system. However, most importantly, „what you see is what you get“: The consultant who established the original client contact will always be the one who has the responsibility for the project and for searching and interviewing the candidates. This is the only way to make sure that there is trust and respect between client, candidates, and consultant. The consultant always stays the primary contact for both candidates and client.


Candidate-centric approach: We make careers happen…

The candidate is in the centre of our interest. This approach enables us to get access and establish trust. Our interviews are always also career discussions. We coach our candidates in their search for the right company (cultural consulting). Each contact is considered a long-term investment, often our candidates are accompanied over many years until the crucial career opportunity comes up.
