Die Position

Development of a global infrastructure for the account that coordinates design-win activities at all design sites Maximize revenues at all manufacturing sites Develop and implement strategies and tactics that achieve market share and revenue growth objectives (O.S.T.) Work with the Marketing and Field Application teams to identify both short-term and long-term new product requirements needed by the customer Positively maneuver within the intenal divisions to influence new product development specific to your customer Develop and maintain a personal relationships with key contacts and key sites on a global basis Present account plans and progress at European business reviews Drive and host worldwide, annual pricing contract negotiations Regular reporting of key business metrics and market trends Cultivate and enhance executive level relationships between FSC and the account Organize and participate in the customer’s formal supplier review process on a regular basis with the goal of achieving customer recognition (ie Preferred Supplier Status) Provide direction and leadership for global team on how to penetrate account, maximize sales, and insure customer satisfaction Communicate corporate account strategy sales goals and business plans Create and foster a dynamic results oriented team First point of contact in escalation process for delivery and pricing issues Coordinate technical support with FAE community for design centres Negotiate and maintain global pricing contract. Increase Award (% TAM) Define Pricing strategies

Der ideale Kandidat

5 Years experience as a FAE or Global Account manager in the semiconductor space The candidate must have strong leadership and self-starter qualities Ability to interface with customers at all levels, technical as well as business Strong technical understanding of semiconductor products and the customer’s applications Negotiation skills Ability to work and influence across hierarchies and cultures Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills Fluent in Dutch and English Driver’s license Willingness and ability to travel frequently Good understanding of Software tools, i.e. Excel, Power Point. Education: BSEE preferred but not required
