What makes this Position so attractive?

You will drive the start of a new direct sales diet business with strong support from the team at HQ in the UK. You will work with the Head of Sales and your direct reports to de-velop and deliver the strategy to achieve sales, profitability and recruitment targets. You would be joining the business at an exciting time and would have the opportunity to be part of a successful and profitable Employee-Owned Business. In this role you are the figurehead and leader of the market and consultant network and have the opportunity to make a difference in a market that is just starting out on its journey

  • Accountable for the development and delivery of the strategy, in line with organisation cul-ture, in order to achieve sales and recruitment targets using Direct Sales principals and techniques.
  • Accountable for the achievement of sales and profit targets.
  • Located on the ground, in market, a figurehead and leader of the market and Consultant network.
  • Maintain adherence to local legal and fiscal employment legislation.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience of leading a market, in country, within a direct selling environment – leading to established long term sales growth
  • Experience of managing day to day sales operations, ensuring services are to custom-ers’ satisfaction and that the sales team achieve budgeted sales and profitability tar-gets
  • Full working knowledge and extensive experience of constructing and achieving stra-tegic plans and yearly business plan – translated into annual objectives
  • Full working knowledge of leading, building and developing a high calibre and moti-vated team
  • A proven track record of leading and directing sales, commercial and/or marketing teams to identify and promote new products and develop new sales opportunities
  • Proficient in the German language, with adequate English language to allow for Global HQ engagement
  • Ability to travel within market and to the UK on a regular basis


  • A degree in business management
  • Excellent written and oral communication at all levels within both the company and Consultant base (including influencing and presentation skills) – able to influence stakeholders where necessary
  • Ability to motivate Consultants to build entrepreneurial self-directed businesses
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across multi-functional areas
  • Ability to think strategically and to understand long term business strategy and identi-fy solutions and generate increasing sales to meet the strategic plan
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage own time and use initiative to come up with creative solutions to problems
  • Performance management skills
  • Advanced level IT skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
