Die Position

The position is part of the Global Accounts team in Continental Europe headquartered in the company's German office near Dusseldorf and will be focussing on projects and services for Global Accounts in the Continental Europe region. The Global Accounts Program Manager is a position that supports the Global Account Managers, the Sales Coordinator as well as the internal branch offices and assures exceptional customer service is attained for their assigned Global account customers. The Global Accounts Program Manager starts by creating a detailed end to end delivery plan for the specific customers and projects. This includes the following specific duties and responsibilities: Planning – Creates an end to end solution plan for multiple site delivery which includes the following: Pre Sale – Field surveys and system designs are completed and tracked within the customer committed timeline. In addition the program manager ensures a complete delivery plan is mapped out prior to job start that includes resource planning and appropriate skill level for all sites for installation and service. Attends sales presentations to communicate the company's delivery plan and serves as the operations subject matter expert and as escalation point for installation issues. Installation – Ensures all critical milestones are clearly identified and a phase tracker is completed where applicable. Service - Acts as a liaison for the customer and the Global Account Manager on service escalations for their corporate assigned accounts. Ensures an appropriate hand off to the local serving office upon completion of the installation. Customer Liaison – Meets with the customer and the Global Account Manager regularly to ensure the company's performance meets the customer expectations and participates in Quarterly Business Review sessions when scheduled. Quality Assurance – Provides random quality visits (at least six per month) to ensure the customer installation is complete in accordance with the job specifications and customer satisfaction is attained. The focus of this position lies on processes and escalation management (installation and service), and on defining, managing and monitoring schedules and implementation plans.

Der ideale Kandidat

The prime requirements for any candidate are: Five years of progressively more responsible experience installing or servicing integrated systems, to include at least two years of experience leading a team of installers and/or service technicians. Project Management experience in running multiple projects at one time as well as P&L experience preferred. Furthermore the ideal candidate fulfills the following requirements: A four year degree or equivalent industry experience. PMI Certification preferred. Relevant security industry experience, with knowledge about related security systems such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion prevention systems etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient organizational skills. Objective oriented. Technically proficient in all industry system theory. Ability to manage installation projects from development to completion. Ability to provide technical assistance and training to both internal and external customers. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Project or company approved equivalent, Microsoft Office preferred. Drive for Results Team building /Motivational ability Action Oriented, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Organizational Agility, Conflict Management, Managing Diversity, Peer Relationships, Problem Solving, Technical Learning, Time Management, Self Motivator. Ability and willingness to travel. English fluency is a must! Multi-lingual ability preferred.
