The HR Operations Manager is a pivotal role within the company, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the human resources operations across multiple locations. This position ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, drives compliance with employment laws, and enhances overall employee satisfaction and performance.

The HR Operations Manager will be tasked with managing HR operations in various production facilities across Germany. The primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality delivery of HR targets and missions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the HRIS system, monitoring HR metrics, and managing various HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of high-quality candidates.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance management process, ensuring employees receive regular feedback and coaching.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and health and welfare benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. HRIS Management: Oversee the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on HR operations and trends.
- Project Management: Manage HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
KPIs and Deliverables
- Timeliness of HR Processes: Ensure HR processes are completed within designated timeframes.
- Compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS and other systems.
- Employee Satisfaction: Measure and improve employee satisfaction with HR processes and services.
- Cost Control: Manage HR-related costs effectively, ensuring efficient use of HR resources.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Der ideale Kandidat
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a degree-level education and significant experience in HR management, particularly within a plant environment.
