The Inside Sales Organisation (ISO) is a key component to the company's overall EMEA sales strategy. ISO acts as a competitive sales weapon for our client, focused on revenue creation, partner and customer loyalty and business enablement. ISO drives incremental revenue across the companys' products and services, imperative to mission and goals. The company seeks to create and foster an environment where passionate and energetic people can be challenged, can develop and succeed.

Joining the ISO Team provides an opportunity like no other to further enhance your career within Sales and Marketing, with a company that leads the way in terms of technology and opportunity through its structured career development programme.

As part of the Inside Sales team, it will be your duty to qualify, develop and close sales, driving new business and incremental revenue growth for an assigned commercial territory, meeting or exceeding assigned individual/team targets.

  • Call out to potential clients within a given sector which will be Germany
  • Qualify, develop and close sales
  • Sell the sales proposition over the phone through competitive positioning
  • Drive incremental revenue growth for an assigned commercial territory
  • Maintain current and accurate account and contact information in salesforce.com
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close
  • Keep up to date with our clients' products and solutions
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and competitive offering
  • Attend relevant training as directed by manager

Der ideale Kandidat

Experiences in (young professionals are welcome):

  • First Industry and Vertical market knowledge
  • Professional practices
  • Ability to interact at senior levels inside and externally
  • Self-confident with the tenacity to success
  • Excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate the company's proposition over the phone
  • Self starter with the desire and motivation to progress
  • Fluent in English and native speaker in German
  • Previous experience of working within an IT/Software related business environment
  • Understanding of revenue recognition policies
  • Knowledge and experience of salesforce-CRM system is advantageous
  • Educated to degree level or relevant business experience
