The Fulfilment Logistics Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics operations to ensure the performance and fulfillment of our products are maintained at the highest standards. The position will report to TSPC Germany office, reporting administratively to the office, while receiving strategic and tactical direction from our parent company in North America.
Die Position
- Monitor and optimize the fulfillment logistics process for B2C consumer products in the EU market.
- Collaborate with distribution warehouses to coordinate timely and accurate product shipments.
- Manage local relationships with small parcel freight carriers, and distribution centers to streamline the delivery process and reduce lead times.
- Address and resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management practices to support the distribution process.
- Act as a key liaison between our German office and the parent company in North America, providing updates and insights on logistics operations.
- Utilize multiple languages to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders across the EU.
Der ideale Kandidat
- Minimum of two years' experience in B2C fulfillment logistics, within the EU market.
- Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and optimizing fulfillment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships with distribution partners and carriers.
- Familiarity with logistical software and systems is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to strategic decision-making in the continual improvement of SOP’s involved with the responsibilities of the position.
