The Position

We are seeking an ambitious, highly driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to guide, mentor, drive and support our markets across both Germany and Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, and Sweden) as we rapidly expand our team.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the achievement of sales goals by leading and influencing our amazing Distributors, coordinating their growth efforts and building long-term trusting relationships within the Field.

The role includes scheduling meetings, attending company events, training and presenting to our distributors in line with the company strategy to ensure set goals are achieved. The Regional Sales Manager will proactively identify and analyse new trends in the market and will use their initiative when reviewing distributor reports and performance against set goals to identify any potential areas requiring your personal attention and support.

The Regional Sales Manager will be required to conduct frequent field visits and meetings with travel expectation at a minimum of 50%.

The Regional Sales Manager reports to VP of Sales for Europe. The role is based in Germany.

Full-time employment or consultancy agreement with an attractive remuneration package

The ideal candidate

  • Fluency in English and German is essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales
  • 8+ years experience as managerial role in Direct Selling/MLM or Trade Marketing in Consumer Goods industry is preferable
  • International experience working within the German and/or Scandinavian markets
  • Previous experience in supervision and management of a sales force within a manager role
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience and strong presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point) including social media platforms and presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Timely Decision Making and Action Oriented
  • Strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections
  • Drive for results
  • Ability to lead a group, influence and direct others
  • Self motivated and can work solo
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends or at off-site events as required
