Die Position
Job Purpose:
Smooth production flow of all IT systems within the defined guidelines.
Continuous advancement of the IT strategy and optimising the IT guidelines.
Organisation, implementation and advancement of the IT strategy to support local and regional course of business.
Ensure the correct treatment and privacy of data.
Main Responsibilities:
Planning: adjusting and formalising IT strategy on an annual basis
Align IT objectives and programs to enterprise objectives and strategies
System analysis: analysing IT requirements, define requests
System application: ensure local and regional smooth workflow
Infrastructure: ensure compatible request advancements and implementing the infrastructure; consolidation, harmonisation and centralising accordingly the IT guidelines
Training/Qualification: conception, planning and ensuring demand-oriented, advanced, timely IT trainings and qualification concepts for all key users
IT Controlling: requirement analysis, feasibility study, editing key data for cost-benefit equation
Budget planning and monitoring
Ensure compliance to all Corporate policies and to assist in development of the policies
Develop and guide any security initiatives for the protection of Corporate assets
Work with the strategic business concerns to ensure alignment of IT to the strategic direction of the overall business
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the customer experience while ensuring cost competitiveness
Ensure and participate in all internal and external audits with regards to SOX and any other compliance audits.

Der ideale Kandidat
Formal qualification in Information Technology. Several years previous experience in the IT field. High experience in personnel management/leadership. Proven ability to interact effectively with business partners in an international Corporate environment. Strong Business Acumen. Project, Process and Program Management. Change and Innovation Management. Managing and Measuring Work. Customer and Service Orientation. Building Effective Teams and Managing Diversity, Vision and Purpose. Champions Integrity and Trust. Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Skills, Learning/Change Agility, Networking, Communication, Intellectual Savvy, Decisiveness, Self-Driven, Motivation, Courage, Integrity, Authenticity and Self Management. Ability and willingness to travel internationally. Fluency in English and one other European language, preferably German, is a must!
