Our client is one of the largest food manufacturers in the world and operates in six business segments. The global information and technology services unit delivers value to those segments, with flexible, cost-effective business solutions and services, through global Information Technology leadership. The regional Business Solution Group supports one of the company's worldwide business segments in the European region from their headquarters near Munich. To further support the business in their activities our client is now looking for a Regional Training & Capability Lead EMEA (m/f).

Die Position

The Regional Training and Capability Lead is responsible for Business Systems Application and Process training, i.e. primarily SAP, for new projects delivered into the respective business segment, as well as periodic refresher training for user communities and new hires as necessary. This includes the coordination & delivery of training courses across multiple business process areas, as well as identifying further training and development needs within the end-user community. Principal accountabilities: Is responsible for defining & delivering SAP training (and other systems), primarily in the areas of OTC, FTS and Finance. Is responsible for the development and maintenance of training documentation for regional and local processes and applications, as well as liaising with Global Center of Excellence and Governance & Business Effectiveness teams when access and updates are required to global training materials. Facilitates technology and business process training classes in EMEA. Develops end-user procedures, reference/performance support materials and training materials for regional and local applications. Reviews and adjusts end-user reference/performance support materials and training materials for global applications for use within segment initiatives. This includes liaising with relevant associates within both the Global Center of Excellence and Governance & Business Effectiveness teams when necessary. Leads and conducts classroom training, as well as organizing, structuring, applying, and developing information logically to support end-user procedures, just-in-time performance support materials, job aids, and end-user training materials. This will be for both project deployment and ongoing refresher training. Conducts in-depth Audience Analysis and Task Analysis, and will be responsible for gathering research through a variety of techniques including interviews and facilitated meetings. Performs other regional projects as assigned by the Business Systems Managers or global projects as assigned by the Regional IT Directors for the respective business segment.

Der ideale Kandidat

The ideal candidate should have profound knowledge both in SAP process and transactions training and development and in business processes. He/she must have a very international and multi-cultural background or experience. Background experience & qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree is preferred. Possesses an understanding of SAP processes such as Supply Chain, Finance, Controlling, Sales and Distribution, and Business Warehouse. Significant training or functional experience with SAP (minimum 4 years) is required, as well as progressive experience in one or more of the following business areas: Finance/ Controlling, Forecast to Stock, and Order to Cash. A minimum of five to seven years of formal or informal training/facilitating experience is required. Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training development. Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to explain technical functionality in non-technical terms. Excellent English language capabilities, both written and spoken. Ability to work with and be sensitive to individuals of various cultures and backgrounds. The candidate must be detail oriented and show proficiency with MS Office, Editing, and E-Learning. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and the ability to work within deadlines and exhibit an ability to work both independently and in a team. Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
